Accounts
You sign in with Microsoft Entra. Profile email and name come from the token, not from a client-supplied body field.
Plans
- Free, Standard ($290/year), and Growth ($790/year)
- Free stores are POS-only and are not listed in CashOutly Customer
- Standard and Growth licenses require a verified Dejavoo / iPOSpays payment receipt
- Each verified Dejavoo payment reference may mint only one paid license
Payments & refunds
- Website licensing checkout uses Dejavoo Hosted Payment Page only (direct redirect; no iframe)
- Free/Standard Tap to Pay uses CashOutly-managed Dejavoo credentials with a 0.011% fee settled via merchant ACH
- Growth Tap to Pay uses merchant-owned Dejavoo credentials
- Website license refunds: within 30 days the API records a full annual refund and deactivates the license; after 30 days a prorated amount is recorded. Card reversal is completed by ops via the Dejavoo / iPOSpays portal — the API does not move money by itself
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, transport encryption, or licensing checks. Do not use CashOutly to process illegal goods or services.
